3793RD Electrical Issue

I have a 2023 3793RD. Love the unit but have an electrical issue. There are 120 volt outlets under the dining table in the slide. The outlets are not getting power. All GFCI's are good. Have traced to the connector to the slide and no power. Does anyone know where the power comes from? Is it directly from the power center? Or is it somewhere else? Don't want to pull the fuse/breaker panel if it's not necessary. Looking for help. Thanks.

There should be connections at the rear of the slide inside and under the slide on the frame. These accommodate the transition from Romex to flex cable and back to Romex. It is likely you problem is there.

The transition from cord to Romex is inside the slide and has been checked. There is no power getting to the slide. power cord to the slide looks a lot like an extension cord. It's a round, black cord coming from under the trailer. This is the cord that has no power.

In our 2022 3791RD those dinette area outlets are connected to the outlet at the coffee bar. One of the wires had come loose in the coffee bar outlet where the Romex punches down on the back of the outlet.

There should be two connection points/boxes as I recall. One is inside the slide (which you checked). The other is under the frame and has a tendency to collect water. Did you examine that one too?

The issue has been present since new. It's one of the things I missed on the PDI. I don't believe it's a water issue.

That'll be my next area to check.

Thanks C&P RV. There was a bad connection behind the coffee bar. Repaired the connection and all is good now!

Glad I could help! I had to pull down the walls in the front pass through and follow the wire as it snaked around up to the general area of that outlet. Hopefully the tip saved you that 'extra research' !!
