Window crank mechanism

Where in the world do I get this window closer mechanism at, I’ve searched but with no luck. It’s messed up and won’t pull the window completely closed.

Does anyone know how to get the old mechanism off?


It's not an Allan wrench socket or anything else I recognize.


Has anyone pulled an old one off to replace it?
