East Coast Snow Campground Suggestions?

Hey all!

Anyone know of any nice campgrounds to visit during the snowy months for the kids? They’ve never really seen snow, so we are thinking of taking them somewhere that will likely have it. We live in east Alabama, so it will have to be within 6 to 8 hours for a long weekend trip. Kentucky, Virginia’s, Carolina’s maybe? Thanks in advance!

I hope you did not get caught in the Virginia 95 traffic nightmare.
In NH there are a few campgrgounds open year round. Not many.
Try winter campgrounds open all year.
