AC vent cover replacement

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement AC vent. I’ve looked online and can’t locate one. One of the retainer tabs broke on ours and won’t stay on.

I replaced several of ours with this one.
You want to trim the flange (neck) down a bit so it doesn't go too deep into the duct.

I think the trimming is to allow air flow thru the lines from the A/C. If they stick way up in the line, it inhibits the flow to the next vent.
