Help Needed

I have a 2021 3121RL with what was at the time called the super solar package. This package is the one with 4 solar panels, 2 battle born batteries, 3000 watt inverter, and automatic transfer switch along with other related equipment for the solar package.

The system has started switching from shore power to the batteries/inverter for no apparent reason. There is still shore power, but the system is not recognizing it. If I turn off the shore power at the pole and leave it off for an extended period of time, the system will switch back to shore power when I turn it back on.

Any advice, guidance, or assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your transfer switch is going bad.

Agree with AZ. Most likely the TS.

If it is a Progressive Dynamics ATS PD52, they had a lot of problems with them. Montana no longer uses them.
