Stereo Upgrade?

I'm looking to upgrade the head unit and speakers on my 2022 295RL. Right now I have a Yamaha sound bar behind the TV that works fairly well. The Furrion head unit is garbage as well are the speakers. The external speakers are easy enough to replace with either 6.5" or 6x9" speaker pods and weather proof speakers. I'm more interested in the head unit and speaker config for the TV. I'd like to hear what others have done.

I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say as well FoldBak. We have the IRV2 unit in our HC. My hearing is shot enough that the sound quality isn't all that important to me, but it is very aggravating having to use the front panel controls half the time. Even functions as simple as the volume controls on the remote can garner an <Invalid Key> prompt on the screen.

I replaced the factory Jenson TV with a smart TV, disconnected that lame head unit, and use a Polk sound-bar with a wireless subwoofer. Works great and you can bluetooth music from your phone over the system. Didn't cost all that much and sounds a 100x better than the garbage they install in these things.

I put in a two car stereo systems. I have one headunit for the living room and one for outside mounted on the ceiling in the front pass-through for the outside speakers. I also put in two 10" subwoofers for each location.
I have three amps to drive the speakers. For the inside, I used a 4x100W RMS for mids and highs and a 1x300W mono for the sub. For the outside, I have same amp for outside, but I used two channels for the mids/highs and bridge the other two channels for the other sub.
I abandoned the speakers mounted on the side of the trailer. They are rated for 10w or something weak like the inside.
I don't have anything feeding the bedroom ceiling speakers.
I used Pioneer products. Not high end, but it works much better than the Jensen crap that was there
