Replace USB outlet with 12v (cigarette lighter style) outlet

I would like to replace a bedside usb port with a 12v outlet to run my CPAP on DC power (with an adapter). Looking through the Keystone wiring standard and at my fuse box, the usb charge circuits are fused at 15 amps. The CPAP adapter says it runs at a nominal 6 amps at 12 v. Provided I don’t load up my USB chargers will this circuit handle the load?

Thanks

Scott
