Sewer help

I have a 2019 3791. I am wondering why I would have about a cup full of sewer come out of the pipe when I take the cap off to connect. All the valves are closed and the black tank was flushed really well.

I am wonder how the sewer could still be in the pipe and what I can do to stop it.

Is this a problem with the black tank valve.
