Before we were able to follow the sun we frequently ran the slides out in the winter. They should be aware, however, that if the slides stop every so often and you have to wait for the breaker to reset it's because the fluid is very thick and the modification to end this issue hasn't been done (unless of course you've taken care of that problem). Won't hurt anything and it doesn't mean anything is wrong.
