A couple of things to check before we get too excited.

o - Ensure the email didn't go to your SPAM folder.

Next go to Thread https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...sletter&page=2 (this Thread is all about members not receiving newsletters)

o - Read Post #22 and checked that it is done?
o - Read Post #23 and do the steps described there?

These three actions have enabled the newsletter sending to those who who reported it missing.

We tried all your suggestions. After following thread 23, got this response "This email address is not currently a subscriber in this account."

When you go to User CP and select "Edit Newsletter Preferences" you should see the following panel.


The Name and Email info should be filled in already. You can not change the email address AFAIK. The update button below this area is to do that. You want to scroll down and find the entry for the Montana Owners Forum. Click on it and then further down is the "Update" box you want to click.

Unfortunately, we can't see, or change, this for you. If this doesn't work, let us know and we will get the support folks involved.
