Exclamation 12 volt to kitchen slide not working on our 3120RL

Preparing for a trip and noticed the batteries were dead, so ran and picked up new batteries. All seemed fine, but the next day the 12V to the Kitchen/TV slide was not working, no 12v to fridge, 12v lights or radio. 110 works fine. The following day, after moving to a new location, the 12v to the kitchen/tv slide started working, but then stopped and has not yet came back on. Moving must have temporarily jarred something back in place.

We checked fuses, are good. Pulled the fuse panel and tested the wiring 12v leaving fuse panel, all live. Tested the wires in the harness that enters the kitchen/TV slide, all tested live, except the pink and white wire (which is listed as the 12v to the fridge and lights) is NOT live. So we have a loose or disconnect somewhere before going into the slide. Any suggestions? anyone know the location of the junction box prior to that slide? we are trying not to have to pull the entire back panels off to find the junction box.

All other 12v works on all slides and all 110. Only issue is with the 12V on the kitchen/TV slide.

There is a junction box under the slide at the rear and another just inside the frame nearby (hiddent by the coroplast as I recall). These are the places to check.

My unit has multiple connections behind the fireplace that comes from under the slide and go toward the refrigerator area. I had removed the fireplace for another DIY "opportunity" and ran across the wiring. I cleaned it up and secured it as it looked like a future problem.
