Question LCI leveling system issue with manual override jack fuctions

Looking for any advice on leveling system issues for the LCI Electronics jack leveling system on my 2015 3711fl Montana. We are stationary with a built skirting so auto leveling is not an option at this time or we would attempt that . With that said here is what the system does.

it will turn on and off
it shows no error codes
when attempting to override the auto leveling system with the sequence required the panel will flash and then turn off.

my panel does not have the low voltage and battery indicator lights that I have seen on a few of the panels shown online. it is simply has one LED display with the arrows and and then a simply up and down arrow and the auto level button.

Will you post a picture of the panel?

Posting pictures on the MOC isn't too difficult once you know the process. Lots of members do just that. Be sure to take the photo in Landscape mode.

Go to https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...ad.php?t=70323 and read posts #8 and #25.

I'm not sure which one is yours, but Click here for the LCI Master Owners Manual for Leveling and Stabilizing. This is a down-load PDF. go to page 25 and find yours. Maybe this will help. There are different variations of the one-touch. It's hard to determine which one is yours. Hope you can figure it out. Good luck.

leveling system panel

Thank you Carl n Susan for the photo information link. I am still having trouble with my files though . DutchmenSport I looked at the link for the manual that you sent and found that my panel is the same as page 20 figure 5 .

I had my husband show me the sequence to use the manual override function.

when I attempted this function it tells me I am going into the manual leveling mode I then push the front or back jack and it then flashes ( all the lights) and says please wait ...... then turns off .

tomorrow I will attempt to check the battery. We are plugged into a pole so I wouldn't think this would affect the system but I would guess I'm probably incorrect .
I will try to upload photos tomorrow when I am in the office.

If I am understanding correctly, you are trying to manually run the jacks yourself. This is easy. Press the Up arrow on the left side (below the LCI logo) until the LED display show "Manual Mode", then press "Enter". It is important to press "Enter"!!!!!!!! You can then use the buttons on the right side (Front, Rear, Left, & Right) to adjust the jacks down. To raise the jacks you first need to press the "Retract" button on the left. Then the the right buttons will raise the jacks.

To display the current battery voltage, press the the up arrow on the left side (4 times?) until the LED display shows the current voltage.

By raising the jacks, you will be LOWERING the coach. Extending your jacks will obviously raise up your coach. If you have difficulty using the controller to level, If you have a bubble level, place it on your floor in the center of your coach and level front and back, then turn level to run side to side and level accordingly. Like Carl said, you need to make sure you press the “enter” button after you select the “Manual mode” if that doesn’t work for some reason, call Lippert and they will walk you through it.
