Josh and Sheila here.

Just bought our new to us 2020 295RL.

Had a Fleetwood Discovery before.

Decided to try the fifth wheel.

Going to retire and do some traveling.

Looking forward to reading all the stuff on this community site.

Welcome to the forums. Congrats on getting your Montana. You selected a very popular model. How soon is the retirement?

I retired in January 2022 and you know what? I'm still waking up at 5:00 am every morning! Been home over this winter due to the wife and I needed to catch up on some medical "things", so kind of caged in right now. But we are hitting the road again real soon. Since my natural flow has seemed to shift form the night person I use to be to a morning person I am now, I look forward to early morning walks, listening to the quiet and watching the sun rise instead of staying up half the night around a campfire watching the moon. Each end of the spectrum has it's own beauty you know. It takes a while to develop your own rhythm, but it will come.

Happy Camping and again! Welcome!

Welcome to the Montana Family! I'm getting ready to retire and my wife still has 3 more years. However, we will be doing some traveling while she works

Welcome to group. My wife retired at 55 to enjoy the new grandbabies. I'm turning 58 in June so i have a few more years left to work. Most of our travel is within a couple hours of home, but we're going to Niagara Falls, Gettysburg, Hershey and Berlin OH in June. It'll be our first long trip with our Montana.
