Broken Frame Caused Tire Wear
We have a 2016 Montana High County HM 305RL. Noticed our new tires wearing so took it in to be realigned (yes, that’s a thing they need now and then). Upon inspection we were told that they would not do the realignment until the cracks in the frame were repaired! It was to cost over $5,000! Because we were no longer under warranty we reached out to Lippert as they are the ones who build these frames. We were assigned a case number and to Lippert’s credit they paid the bill in full!
