Slide catching on gutter

I am have a 22 331 RL and am having issues with the kitchen slide. Had a tech come out and he said the slide is catching on the rain gutter. He suggested lowering the slid a bit on that one side. Not a fan of that because one that seems to be fixing the symptom not the root cause and secondly he said the slide was otherwise adjusted correctly. I looked at the gutter and it is like a half inch above the slide. The other slide has like 2 or 3 inches above.. Question is how is the gutter attached? Looks like only 2 screws by that doesn't seem like enough.

The slide looks to be a safe distance from the gutter. I'm not sure I understand the problem.
I replaced the black plastic screw cover trim on my forward awning. I added end caps (better finish) and gutter extensions on the aft edge to help prevent black streaks. I put a gob of Caulk in the forward end of the gutter so the water runs aft away from the door (and to prevent black streaks).
I also put stainless steel Alligator Clips to extend the drip edge on the topper gutter (not big enough to take a regular gutter extensions, again to prevent black streaks).

I think the tech you had doesn’t know what he is taking’s about, from your pictures your slide would not make contact with your gutter. I would get a new tech.

Slide is definitely catching. One thing you prob can't tell from photo is the corner trim pieces is removed so that it goes in easier. Th slide is a rack and pinion and goes slightly yp as it comes out.
