Entertainment Center slide removal

2011 2150RL
The small CD holder entertainment center that pulls out to the right, from behind the TV has the inside slide rail bent or loose from bouncing down the highway on our last trip. I can't figure out how to get the shelving off the rails to fix it. There doesn't seem to be enough room to pull it out any further, and the screws on the rail on the backside are inaccessible. Ideas?

This Youtube video might help you. We also have the double extension slides on our DVD storage drawer, and there is levers in the extensions that need to be moved to get the drawer to release. Good luck.

Hopefully these pics will come out. As you can see, cramped quarters.

Assuming your year (2011) uses the same (or similar) glides as this 2019 post (which I believe it does), read this Thread and the one it links to for a picture.

Also this Thread should be of help to you.
