You need to have the battery disconnect switch in the convenience center turned on to get power from the batteries to the inside panel. You need the 120 volt breaker in the inside panel that powers the converter turned on. The auto reset breaker on the wall behind the batteries needs to be working to make the connection from the converter to the batteries. The problem is likely one of these. The dual polarity solenoid will not be the problem.

If you mean the Trombetta type switch near the hydraulic pump then the answer is no.

Are you saying nothing works on battery (except the MBR (master bedroom?) slide) but it all works with generator (or shore) power?

The only green light in the fuse panel area is associated with the Converter (specifically the Charge Wizard function). It will only illuminate with 120V power being supplied.

Lights and slides run off 12V power when no shore power is provided (and even then the hydraulics need charged batteries to operate). Be sure the red battery disconnect switch in the convenience center is in the position where the key CAN NOT be removed.

Just so everyone knows, the problem has been resolved. It was yet another dead 50 amp self resetting circuit breaker (gasp!). Everything works fine after replacing the breaker.
