Smile Fresh water valve

I purchased my Montana in Florida and then moved to Tennessee. I am a full timer and dealing with the cold weather and my water. My valve that I switch from fill of fresh water tank and normal flow is not working. When I use city water it also fills my tank. Is this valve easy to replace?

A more likely cause is the failure of the check valve on the end of the water pump. Do a Search here for Bob Rohrman's easy fix.
