Level Up Keypad stopped responding

It would eventually work, but it was sporadic and on it's way out.
I Emailed Lippert and they sent me a new one Goodwill!
They asked for my info (well out of warranty) and it'll be here Monday.
I'm pretty pleased with Lippert customer service!

Mark

Lippert is one of the best vendors in terms of customer support.

It is refreshing to see company's stand by their products. I had a similar experience with Fantastic Fan replacing vent covers.

My keypad quit working after what I suspect from a long wet season. The moisture/corrosion inside the pad area nearly made it difficult to manually retract/extend the legs for its annual inspection at the dealer. Unfortunately, not a warranty item this year. A new one was installed and the level system calibrated. I find they are on e-bay for about $200 and was considering getting a back-up. The last one was less than two years old. Maybe Lippert will sell one cheaper, who knows. Installation is basically a 2 wire plug and a plate.

Since 2015 there have many failures of the touchpad, for what ever reason, so I decided to carry a spare, available from Amazon.
