Installing disc brakes and independent suspension
Suggestions and ideas please!
I am planning on having disc brakes and independent suspension installed on our 2019 3021RL Montana. Yes, I will probably opt for the 8k as well.
What/where is the best and most convenient way to accomplish this? Economy is not the prime factor but it is a factor. I am considering a late summer appointment next year at MorRyde. We live in central Texas.
My physical abilities have suffered greatly in the past 8 months so what would normally be a great DIY project is beyond my abilities at this point.
As always, thanks in advance for your ideas and suggestions.

When we had MorRyde installed on our 2002 Montana we worked it in at the same time as the fall rally. The day we left the rally we drove over to MorRyde and dry camped over night and it went into the shop at 6 am next day.

Is the installation a one day process for the suspension and disc brakes?

It is a two day job. You go to camp MorRyde the night before. They have 50 amp service, but not water and sewer. They will come get you about 5, take measurements and then pull it in. You can sleep overnight in your unit inside the factory (we did both times we had IS installed). They will have you finished around noon on the second day. The first one we had IS and Kodiak Brakes installed. The newest one, disc brakes was part of the Legacy package. The last I heard, they were out about two years. However, openings occur and you may get in sooner. We have been very happy with ours.

Hopefully your alignment isn't FUBAR like mine was.

MorRyde I/S with disc brakes and 8K upgrade was the best decision we ever made. They tried to talk me out of the 8K, but I knew we were exactly at the 7K limits prior to the overhaul, and I am a firm believer in having a little extra wiggle room for important things...like suspensions.

Exact same thing. I was persistent as these 40-42 footers need 8k nowadays. I had discs before the install, but my discs actually swapped over as Dexter discs cannot. The independent suspension is worth every penny.
