When ever you need us we are flexible we are already in the area. If you want us in on the 6th is fine or if you want us on the 5th we can be there too. Let us know when you want us there.

I keep telling DW that I want - nay NEED - a train horn for the TV. All I get is a firm "NO" because she knows that I'd USE the darn thing......

Sue and Bill T.

I'm not sure what day you signed up for. The Fryers are hosting a chili dinner at six on the fifth. If you are in the area and want to drop by, please do. If you want to come in on the sixth, that would also work. You may owe money for additional nights depending on what you signed up for. We can use all the help we can get on the sixth.

I think you'll get that jones fixed at the rally. It may get you through another month or two.

We are scheduled for the 6th but we can come in on the fifth if you need us to.

There is no need to come in on the fifth unless you want to come eat chili and hear the pre-brief. Camping inside the park is not possible on the night of the fifth. If you come for the chili, bring chairs and drinks. See you soon.

Clifford A-Nothing to do on Tuesday morning. If would be great if you want to come to the chili dinner at six. Otherwise if you're in the area and want to come in to the park on the morning of the sixth, that would also be great. I don't know what dates you have signed up for so there may be additional costs involved. The rally is like working for a super secret government organization, everything is compartmentalized and information is only for those with a need to know. The password for Wednesday morning is "I'm part of the "Parking Team" so I get priority getting in".

The above password is good for all "Parking Team" members each and every day. You just have to help us park people. Please see job descriptions for relevant super secret job responsibilities. I'm currently working on getting "Parking Team" members double zero status. Ian Fleming just hasn't gotten back to me yet.

It's never to late to volunteer.

Nine would probably work. We have much to set up and do that morning. I also don't know what time people will show up. It's volunteer after all. Worst case is you get to spend a few minutes in the parking lot waiting for us to get our collective stuff together. That said, we can use all the help we can get for the afternoon.

Ten it is. Are you able to make it to the chili dinner? Try to stay on the main roads to avoid the road apples. All of the main roads are fifth wheel friendly due to the local industry. Although construction and wear and tear may influence some of the roads.

Unfortunately won't be able make the chilli dinner. Certainly our loss. We'll still be in the southern part on the state that evening.

That's where we're from. How are you routing yourself to Goshen?
