rohrmann Montana Master Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: Box Elder Posts: 4,728 M.O.C. #12947	If the problem water heater is in a 2011 rig, pop off the rubber button cover of the 120 volt reset button, and if the button itself is red instead of gray, it is likely the problem. Suburban had a bad batch of the thermostat/reset units from a vendor that were defective, and they were made with red buttons.
