Keystone did it again to me
Four weeks of dealing with a super dealer, Three Way RV, Marietta Ga, for the replacement storage doors I damaged forgetting to put the tailgate up. Took Photos, VIN, measurements, dealer was great, sent all the info to Keystone, followed up with them weekly, and I got my doors yesterday, and of course the doors don't fit and size markings on the doors clearly reflect they sent the wrong doors. Back to square one, except now I have two doors I paid for and cannot use and need to ship. Guess that is part of my punishment for a dumb mistake!

Why isn't the dealer and keystone fixing this? I cannot see how you are responsible for return shipping when you did everything correctly? Have you called keystone? Just curious.

Did not mean to leave the impression I was left high and dry. The dealer asked for and I sent pictures of the new and old doors side by side, and of the size markings and he is talking to Keystone to determine the next steps. I anticipate Keystone will take care of it, as the doors were clearly wrong and not the sizes ordered.

Still, it's a pain in the behind you didn't need. I fully understand and feel your pain.

Did those doors ship directly from Keystone or from the manufacturer. Keystone does not keep that kind of stuff in stock .
the ordering procedure usually goes. You to dealer, dealer to keystone, keystone to vendor, vendor to keystone, or directly to your dealer then to you. Keystone may not have made the mistake.

I feel your pain! That has happened to me a SOB dealer. Sure is frustrating.
