Question Shade Screen for Awning with Zipper?

Looking for a recommendation on a sun screen that will attach to our present awning. Would like one with a "good" zipper that will permanently attach to our present awning that will allow attachment of the sun shade without carrying a 10' ladder with us.

We had one of these on our class C. Loved it:

I have a shadepro on mine it has a 3ft section that’s attached to the awning which stays on and roll up with the awning. The other part zips on, the zipper seems pretty strong. I’m only 5”5 and I don’t need a ladder to zip it on.
I’m going on 4years with mine and really love it.

Thanx for the input. Will do homework and make a decision.
