Yellowing of Panels in New Trailer

Hi All! We have a 3855BR year 2022. We bought it in March, used it twice, put it in storage (which is unfortunately outside and uncovered). Picked up the trailer today to take it out and noticed that the interior strips that cover the panels together are lifting AND most of the wooden beams on the ceiling between the paneling are turning yellow. I've attached some pictures. Any suggestions on what caused it and how to fix? Our last trailer was a Crusader Lite and never had this issue.

I'll seen a lot in this forum about not much you can as it's a poor caulking cleanup. It's still under warranty so I will have to take it in. Any ideas with the peeling of the tape?
