Power Interruptions - Transfer Switch?

Our 2021 Montana 3121RL Legacy edition is outfitted with the generator prep kit which includes a transfer switch. We have not had any problems in three months of use and now we have intermittent complete 110V power failure in the trailer and can hear a clicking sound. This fifth wheel is also equipped with the power surge protector from Keystone's Vendor.
I have a meter plugged into the wall - it shows voltage present some of the time. We hear a clicking sound from the storage compartment when the power fails and it seems to try to reset because the voltage meter has a reading for a minute and then it goes dead again - not sure what to do except ask the experts here at MOC. I am a novice at this - is there something I should check?

There have been a LOT of the combination transfer switch/surge protector unit issues in the last couple of weeks. It sounds like we can add you to the list. So far, it sounds like Progressive Dynamics is doing a good job of standing behind their product. I’d be making a phone call to them in the morning to see what they have to say. 269-781-4241 They also have a troubleshooting guide on their website. progressivedyn.com

We have a 3121RL with a similar problem. Powered off to reset the In- command system which has its problems and when the 50 amp was turned on NO POWER. 12 volt worked but the inverter showed 12.8 V but the frig or 110 outlets dedicated to solar/ batteries do not work. Any ideas or help appreciated. Near Corpus Christi TX , far from home and now in a hotel.
Thanks

SLB,
If your 12v battery switch (labeled Battery Disconnect") in the convenience center is off the 12v trigger circuit on the inverter isn't powered. The inverter will still read the battery voltage from the batteries (and display it) but it will not invert until there is 12v on the trigger (small orange wire that goes into the inverter). Inverter powers the fridge and the marked outlets in your rig.

I went thru this with my 2021 3121RL also. I think the purpose of the trigger is to make sure when you unplug and turn the battery switch off - that all is off. Unfortunately not exactly true, the 12v switch in the battery compartment that feeds the inverter also needs to be turned off (even though the inverter won't work w/o the battery disconnect on) because even sitting doing nothing the inverter uses battery. There are also other cicuits that are fed off the batteries that don't disconnect when the battery disconnect is off. I intend to add a disconnect at the batteries that kills everything powered by 12v.

Lastly, the label on the Battery Disconnect key is not removable when in the On position (On meaning allowing power to flow).

Ended up with a bad transfer switch but can make it work until new one is installed. By manually connecting it. When it kicked out it also kicked out the inverter's reset , which I had not seen or checked, plug hide it. rear AC back on as the in command temp sensor wire came lose. So after second night in a hotel back to the RV tomorrow. So now info to Keystone in hope of a fast replacement before heading out west!
