Washer and Dryer
Our recent Camping World brochure has the Ariston Washer and Dryer on sale and standard installation is only $39. Sale ends 1/26. Called my local Camping World in Strafford, MO, and asked if I could make the purchase but delay the install until my RV was un-winterized. No problem they said. We locked in the sale prices and will delay installation until Spring. Great Service.
Since we have the 3725RL, the units will be installed side-by-side and the washer will have the optional drain pan installed. They are pretty sure that they can get the vent cover in black.
Happy wife, happy life.

Sounds like a great deal. We sure enjoy having a washer/dryer in the rig.

Great to hear of companies working with their customers for a change!!! We've been pretty lucky with CW overall. Do you by chance know the capacity of that washer?? I'm looking to replace mine. It is 17 years old but has a nice large tub. Hugs, Di

Joe, You are going to love the washer & dryer. We had the same ones installed in ours when we bought the new rig and wife is VERY Happy with them. Glad you got the drain pan too.
We found on ours that the sticker next to the water & drain connections for the washer is NOT correct! The washer drains into the Gray Tank for the bathroom. We discovered this when the drain over flowed into the hallway when the tank filled up! Be sure to leave your gray tank valve open and check to see if it drains out there when the washer drains itself!!

Thanks Scott. We will make sure that we check it out during the installation.

We really like having an onboard washer and dryer and having had the combination W/D previously we really like the side-by-side. I have always opened the gray tank before washing, but based on PackerFan's post we need to check out if it actually drains into the tank or not.

This brings up a very good point. Our first two rigs had a direct washer drain to the sewer and did not use any of the tanks. The new rig uses the galley tank for the washer and in addition our dishwasher install uses the same galley tank. We now leave the galley tank open at all times so we do not have to worry about overflowing which in our situation would be in the kitchen sink (not a good place for an overflow).

Yes, The sticker by the washer drain states it drains straight into the piping and out the drain pipe when in reality it drains into the gray tank for the bathroom, at least on ours it does. Everyone needs to check their own set-up to see where and how it drains so they don't have the same problem we had. Just glad we were home and inside to hear it and not walking around the park.
By the way, the $39 install price at Camping World is good for the rest of year. They will install anything you buy from them for that price. Good Deal!

@Bingo and Scott. I will definitely check out where it drains, but I believe it drains to the bathroom gray tank because our washer is located up the steps in the hallway right across from the bathroom. I do not know what our label says because I have yet to look at it. Already talked to my Camping World and they will be glad to contact Hook on your dishwasher install and use it to install ours when we are ready. Love the MOC.....
