Heating solutions?
I have put 1" Reflective foam board around my 2008 3500RL. I have 2 heaters underneath to keep my tanks and waterline from freezing . It does get really cold here in Nebraska. I also have a temperature controlled outlet that I can set to turn on and off at my choice of temps. Has anyone done this and what temp. should I keep it at?

The only way you will be able to tell what the temperature under the rig is with a thermometer. We use a remote thermometer weather station, http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/30...ather-station/
and there are additional remote thermometers available that you could install under the rig the monitor the temp there. You could then adjust as necessary where to set your under rig heating.

Does anyone know if plugging an incandescent 60W? bulb into an outlet in the basement provides enough heat to keep things from freezing. That might be fairly close to the water pump in some units?

Depends on how your basement gets heat. In our old rig there was a duct that ran across the ceiling and I just drilled a few holes in it. The new rig has an exposed duct and a vent space to the furnace so it doesn't need anything more. I am going to rig some 3/4" foam boards over the doors by using some extra lawn chair stretch cord that I have, 4 snap hooks and 4 eye screws someday soon, but it's not a huge priority. It's only got in the 20's here so far.

Be cautious if you decide to use 60W light bulb - I use a small 250W Soleil heater plugged into an Easyheat thermostat control in the basement, as needed. The Easyheat automatically turns on at below 39 degrees & shuts off around 54 degrees.
