Best RV skirting?
We are full timing this winter in our Montana 385br. What (affordable yet efficient)skirting would be best for us? Any advice on making it through winter from you seasoned experts would be helpful!

Friends that wintered in Ouray Colorado used 2" foam board and also use it around slides and hitch area. Might consider a small heater under 5er.

We spent the winter of 2018 at 7000' in Southern Colorado. It wasn't our Montana, but a similar SOB 5th wheel. We found the 2" foam board to work great. No extra heat under the trailer, and never a problem with frozen pipes or dump valves.

Besides skirting I would insulate the top and bottom of the slides. The top and bottom of the slides aren’t insulated. 2 inches of foam is R10 and would go a long way to make your camper more comfortable.

As Lynwood said, if you can do your slides AND skirt with insulation it will help a lot. This guy used reflective insulation. Hopefully it is reflective on both sides so it reflects the heat back in. Make sure the fit is snug to help eliminate drafts.
For the slides do the top first. Cut it long enough to overlap the sides. Same for the sides, make sure they overlap the bottom. This will ensure it sheds the rain away.
I would had enclosed under the overhang. Put a door on it and it's storage space. It will also help keep the bedroom floor warm.
