Update

Turned off outside water valve and turned on water pump. We now have hot and cold water in the rig. We think it may be freezing at the hose connection to the rig. There's a screen in the hose connection and I bet it is collecting tiny ice particles. When temps improve, we'll take a look at that. We just could not believe with all our precautions, heat tape working, basement in the 60s and 70s in the mornings . . . that our interior pipes were freezing.

With that in mind, I gave a go at emptying the bathroom gray tank. Whoohoo! It opened as usual.

Turned off our fridge yesterday AM to give it a rest/reset it. Turned it back on via propane yesterday afternoon and it is fine - for now. Remembered that little tip given to me by a tech during our Winter in MO back in 2010.

We can refill our fresh tank since we have flow at the Y water connection.

Boy, did that hot shower feel dy-no-mite last night!

Thanks for all the help and support, ya'll!

Cheers,
Betty

Glad to hear you got a handle on the situation. Now if the weather would at least return to normal for you.
