On the new 2003 Montana fifth wheel they have raised the head and shower area level with the rest of the bedroom area. This gives you a larger basement and they put in larger access doors to the basement. The safe has been moved into the passenger side of the front wardrobe. You now have two steps going up to the bedroom area from the main level. It looks like the new basement has enough height to put some slidding drawers in it for easy access to all those little things we store in there. Saw the new 4 slide in the Presidential and Mountain Air. Gives you a lot of room but sure increases the weight.
