Tire Wear

Hi All, my 2020 3120RL came with Sailun tires. Picture below. After less than 10,000 miles, it was pointed out that I should be concerned with the wear that is occurring. Pictures attached. Tires are running at the recommended 110psi. Does anyone have a feel for what is happening to cause this wear, and if so, what would be recommended for follow up? Should I be concerned at this time as I need to return home and will go another 2000 miles when I do.
