water lines fozen!

hello everyone! we are on long island, ny, where we're in a little bit of a freeze! yesterday reached about 20 degrees, with a windchill of 0 degrees! and yesterday we had a little more than half a tank of water, and this morning none! so, we got out the hose and tried to fill the tank. well, the water will run to the all the faucets and everything works perfect, but the tank will not fill! this leads us to believe the water line is frozen going into the tank. if we have the arctic package, and the weather has actually been colder for longer before, why has this happened?
the convience center is not frozen at all, and the pump is working also. does anyone have any ideas? should we use the gravity fill and try to fill the tank that way? tomorrows weather will be about 40 degrees, so everything will thaw, but i would like to get to the bottom of this!
