They made an error. LT tires do not have to be derated for service on RV trailer axles.

The sole decision of what designated size tires to be used as OEM is the vehicle manufacturers and theirs alone. The description for LT tires written by Dexter (above) is accurate but omits who has the authority to make the selection.
