Furrion oven

The oven hasn’t worked properly since we bought it brand new. It strikes and pilot lights, but as soon as you try to turn it to the temperature, it goes out. If we try this process over and over it will finally come on. But, now it does the same as previously explained, but when it lights the burner, it stays on for a while and then I hear a click and burner has gone out. Any ideas? By the way, we had a repairman look at it and he couldn’t figure it out.
