Question Help Me Choose NEW "Digital" ROOF TV ANTENNA

Please provide me with 2 or 3 good options/products to upgrade my OEM roof mounted TV Antenna to digital. I am not wanting a satellite bill.

Reviews for: Winegard's Rayzar Z1 digital tv antenna have not been good.

Thanks for your wisdom and candor.

If I was in your position I would attempt to find a Winegard "Batwing" antenna like they used to put on the Montanas. Cranks up/down and receives better than new style.

We have been happy with our king jack attached to the mounting of our old winegard bat wing.

For digital they are all about the same in terms of reception distance...50ish miles. The old school batwings do seem to do better. You might be able to find some kind of booster for the standard digital antennas but I'm no help there.

We have to Winegard 360+ and it works as expected.

Ours has a Rayzor antenna, and it does pretty good, really. But my previous travel trailer had the old style bat-wing and it did just as good. Sometimes, I wish I had the old batwing again.

There is nothing "that" different between antenna's, except their shape. You can stick a paper clip (really) into the coax connection on the back of your television and get HD signal television. Maybe not ALL of them, because of the paper clip's size, but a paper clip will do the same thing. Don't believe me, try it.
