I know it is easy to beat up KeyStone/Montana over this. However, they have been very responsive and had no issues about stepping up to get the repairs made. Even when a brake failed while in transit.

Was supposed to leave for Goshen this morning, but got a text yesterday that the factory has cancelled all visitors, vendors and customers. Not really sure what this means as far as trading the unit, so I guess we wait.

We have decided to trade the unit due to the extensive time involved in the repairs along with the money. The unit we went with is the same floorplan and is currently sitting in an idled plant in Goshen due to the statewide shutdown. Hopefully, we can salvage our spring break trip IF the restrictions are lifted to where we can. I will update as I can.

That's the best choice. Hope this one is a good one and that Keystone didn't hurt you too badly financially

Did you get them to add your options/upgrades you had on your old unit (gen, disc brakes, etc.)?

The generator was moved over to the new unit, however the 8k axles and discs were not. This one will come with the new "thick walled" 7k axles, 8k springs and disc brakes.

We left the dealer this morning headed home with our new unit. It's been a long 10 weeks without a camper. Maybe now, we can return to a somewhat normal life!

Happily one story ends, and another story sadly begins. Our 3121 is doing the same thing. And I even added a Trailair pin box to reduce the road hazard shock.

Did anyone that has gone through this frame flex, see movement from extending the bedroom slide in our out? Dealer sent me a video saying there is no movement when the extend/retract the bedroom slide.

There are a few that had the side to bow outward when the bedroom slide was being pushed out. Some of those were the worst as it eventually busted the fiberglass below the slide and resulted in an ugly problem to repair.

Mine had no movement that I noticed when hitching/leveling. Mine was only a separation in the short little seam at the bottom left corner of the bedroom slide in January. We took it out again for a few days in early March and that is when I noticed the slight bulge in the same area.
The movement could be happening when you are towing and going over rough roads or hit a pot hole, etc. Sounds like your dealer is not familiar with the issue or does not want to deal with it. The good news it will get worse, the bad news is it will get worse and then they will have to recognize the problem. It would be better for Keystone, the dealer and you to have it repaired now vs later when there will be more damage.
