HELP No 12V but batts good and converter ok
Unhooked power getting ready to leave in morning. No overhead lights worked in the pass thru area. Tried others and same thing.
But with 120V hooked up all 12V work fine. And Batteries are at least >12V after being hooked up for 36 hours. Slides all work.
Must be some connection or fuse near the batteries, but didn't think there was anything except for slides and landing gear.
Help help!

The most common thing is the battery disconnect being open. The second likely thing would be the auto reset breaker near the battery has failed. It will look like this:

We had the same problem with our new to us 2017 3791RD. When I picked it up from the previous owner, the battery disconnect in the convenience compartment was turned off. The problem seems to have resolved itself, after I turned the battery disconnect on. He didn't tell me it was off, and I didn't know the disconnect was even there, having come into this Montana from an Open Range TT. The more you know...

Also, if you checked voltage using the idiot lights on the panel when connected to shore power, that is only looking at the voltage coming from the converter, not the actual battery voltage, especially if the batteries are not connected due to one of the issues I suggested.

Turned out to be the simplest solution. Battery disconnect switch was set wrong. ARGHH! I didn't check because I NEVER touch it since it doesn't really do anything useful. Forgot I took it to the dealer 7 months ago. A year ago I caught it right away, but after 7 months memory fades!!!

Hope your batteries are OK. If they were fully drained, they may not have the ability to hold much of a charge.

Tom don't beat yourself up. CRS sneaks up on us all more and more often seems like now days. Glad you got it sorted out.
