Are you saying it shuts off completely instead of switching to the other mode (either electric or propane)??

What mode does is it running in when it quits?

And Welcome To the MOC!!!!

Even on propane you MUST have 12 volts DC to run the control board.

A dual mode refer (gas or electric) requires 12V for operation. That power comes from either the batteries or the converter. If you don't have batteries, is the RV plugged into 120V shore power and is the converter working (i.e. you have 12V power)?
Can you tell us more about the problem? Do the panel lights illuminate? Does the refer start to run on electric? Does it then quit? Has it ever run propane? We need more (better) information really help you.

Pilot lit for propane?

I had a problem with mine where the propane mode failed. Found pilot light would not ignite unless I manually used a butane lighter I use to light the oven to light the propane. Next time it cycled on I had to use butane lighter to re-light pilot. Found the igniter module was bad. Ordered new one and installed and never a problem since.

On your electrical mode I would suspect first the outlet the refer is plugged into. If power is there and correct voltage then possibly the Dino board has failed.

I assume you have tried switching from Auto to Gas to see if propane mode works? Pilot lights?
