window won't stay up

I have a slide up bedroom window in my 2019 High Country 384BR. It is the kind that has a latch on each side at the top of the window that you slide in to raise the window and slide back out to lock the window up in set spots. These latches have small plastic rod like pieces that go into predrilled holes in the frame to lock them up at different spots. On both latches the the little plastic rods have broken so the window cannot be locked in any of the open positions.
Has anyone replaced these latches? How to remove them? Where to get new latches.

Might be this. Look on Trekwood RV Parts.
