Good service from Lippert

I got on the forum just now to post about the good service I got from Lippert and first thing I saw was ForBruce’s post about bad service. Started to add this to his discussion, but didn’t want to trespass on his issue. I do think he was wronged.

I recently ordered some wet bolts for the correct track system (they are longer than normal) and they sent me the correct length, but they were not wet bolts. To be fair the salesman said that there was two part numbers listed, but he was pretty sure these were the right one. I called them and they apologized for the error and immediately sent out the proper bolts which I received today. They told me to just keep the wrong bolts even after I volunteered to return them.
Sorry for ForBruce, but very satisfied with the service I received.

Good to hear. I think most companies are reasonable when especially when they made the error.

I too have had a few problems with the correct track system but Lippert sent me the parts I needed on 2 different occasions, quickly and without charge, even across the Canadian USA border. When things go well we seldom comment but when things go poorly we become very vocal. I have done my share of sounding off about poor customer service or poor design.
