Slide gouging floor

The shallow drivers side slide on my 2015 3100 is gouging the floor as it goes in and out. I’ve tried to look under it, but it’s too close to the floor to see anything. I’m assuming that I need to adjust the slide, but I’m not sure weather to raise it or lower it. It seems to me that if I raise it at the adjustment it will tilt the front of the slide closer to the floor and if I lower at the adjustment it will raise the front. Any advice would be appreciated.

Ours did this as well. It was staples backing out of the slide rub bar. The genius that thought that one up must have been promoted since Keystone used that design for a long time. We laid a 2x3 piece of lexan over the scratched areas to take the abuse and the slide works fine with it in place.
