Black Tank/Gray Tank issue

UGH! Have had/are having issues with our tanks since purchasing 2009 RV nearly 2 yrs ago. It's been difficult (and I've been unsuccessful) figuring out if this is one massive issue or many little ones unrelated to the rest. Right now I can't figure where water I put into tank is going?? I put tank flush in black tank and only clear water out? Also, nothing is leaving gray tank but it's not backing up either which doesn't seem right. Several weeks ago we noticed vent pipe 'loose' and that black tank may be leaking. Unsure if it's from a seam or a pipe an What to do and where to start? Are these all related?
Hope this makes sense and thank you

David

My first comment would be to drop the bottom to have a clear inspection of the tanks and connected piping. In regards to the black tank...if you are putting poo in and getting no poo out on dumping, there has to be a partial blockage that is allowing contents to settle out before it can leave the tank. If you see clear even with the nose of the trailer higher than the rear and someone flushing a bowl of clear water, then it is clearly time to drop the tank. You don't say which grey tank, shower or galley, is also an issue. Again, dropping the bottom allows for you to see everything and understand the issues. I hope you are not expecting the normal tank level monitor to give you insight into tank levels as the normal system is less reliable than you trying to use esp to know tank levels.

Get a borescope. Dump and flush. Put the borescope down from the top and up from the bottom to see what is going on.

You know there are three tanks. One black and two greys. One grey is for the shower and bathroom sink, the other is for the kitchen. There are two handles in the storage compartment and another, for the second grey tank, somewhere along the frame near the wheels on the drivers side.

Which tank do you add water to that doesn't come out? Is there a puddle under the trailer?
