Great instructions. Very clear, comprehensive and well written. Registration form is straightforward and easy to follow. The registration process is indicative of the quality of this rally.

Fall rally

We have never been to a rally. Will there be any electric and water hook ups?

Yes there will be full hookups along with seasoned veteran rally attendees in the immediate area near your assigned site to assist and answer any questions you may encounter. Look forward to seeing you there!

Also please reference the FAQ attachment in post #1 in the link below for additional good to know info:

Cardfan1017, you really should read the FAQ, it will answer many of your questions. Right below the 2024 Rally info is the 2023 Rally. It has last year’s schedule of activities and lots of other info. It will really assist in your planning. Best o& luck.

Agenda question for non-retired newcomers

This sounds like an AMAZING opportunity for us newcomers! Neither of us are retired yet and we are wondering if this is a suitable environment to be working during the day, or if we really need to plan to take vacation time. My guess is that most presentations take place during the day but I'm also certain that not every single presentation will appeal to me. I am also considering the option of taking several 1/2 days of vacation so I can do a little of this and a little of that.

We want to register and want to plan accordingly so any feedback would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

You are correct, this is a great opportunity for newcomers, a lot to learn and enjoy.

Follow the link for the 2023 schedule above the quote, it will give you a good idea of what goes on each day and night during the Rally.

Even thought the 2024 schedule will be very similar, it will not be exactly the same and will not be finalized until the final weeks before the Rally.

Hope this helps a little bit and that we will see you in Goshen!

Jeff and Kim,
For our first NA Fall Rally in 2021 I was still working and had the same thoughts as you. Since I was able to work from the Montana, we decided to go on and register and I would attend the sessions that I was most interested in, and that fit my work schedule, and my wife would attend other sessions we were interested. We also volunteered to help with the Campfire since I knew it would be in the evening and so would not conflict with work.
I have to say this was a great decision. Anyone that has attended any of these rallies will tell you that you cannot attend everything anyway and so you will just need to come back the following year to attend the sessions you missed the first time around. While it is true that most of the regular sessions are during the day, there is plenty to do in the evenings and weekends too and we found you can get almost as much useful information just by talking to other Rally attendees as you get from the sessions.
This will be our fourth NA Fall Rally and we now plan our schedule around the Rally to make sure we can attend.
We hope to see you in the Fall. We know you will be glad you came.
David and Jean Ann

I would suggest taking some time off or best at best 1/2 days we were newcomers last yr. and at first I didn't think some classes didn't appeal to me. Bur then I found myself at almost everything. I enjoyed it all out of say 15 things I skipped 2
Look us up in the book Christine and ajoe Santoli
