Slide Roof Issue??

Has anyone else experienced or noticed this same issue? My slide out that has the theatre seats & kitchen table appears to be sagging where the puddle is in the pictures and raised up or buckling a bit toward the end. If it was like this I have never noticed it before. I was checking clearances at tops of slides before extending them when I noticed the far end looked buckled up when retracted??? When I opened it I feel like it was noisier than usual and maybe not as smooth going out?? The membrane is lifted where I feel the buckling is occurring...I am wondering if something structural let loose? Any opinions?

Any change in the plywood below the roof membrane would suggest a water leak. Possibly at a seam or even a pin hole would saturate over time. Do you full time?

I definitely have a water issue. I found the end tape has some damage and is tore allowing water under it over a long period of time. My wooden roof top under the rubber material is soft and buckling up...not happy. I have always cleared my slide tops off before closing not sure how this was damaged.

I think I know what you mean by “end tape” but a pic would help.
Is it the “tape” at the outer edge (far right in your first pic) where the membrane meets the side body of the slide? I would like to know where you found the hole.

I noticed some wear on the top outside edges of the slides from the rubber wipers/seals. I'm pretty sure I caught it in time. I cleaned it really good and put Eternabond tape over it.

Yes, it is the eternabond tape at the outer edge of the slide covering the screws. There is a gouge in the tape exposing a screw head and allowing water into that seam. It is directly centered on where my roof is lifting and I can feel the wood is soft underneath. I am going to have to replace the decking and membrane on this slide.

I am going to temporarily clean the area real good, patch it with another piece of eternabond and wait for warmer weather to attempt the repair.
