Water Sediment

After buying new Montana I seem to be having problems with what I thought was PVC cuttings in the water system. It would collect in the kitchen sink water outlet. After a few weeks the water stream would be reduced to a 'trickle'. This required disconnecting water under sink and cleaning out the water line. We bought this unit in 2016 (2017 model). I will add we live in this unit. When I last cleaned out in intake hose I noticed what I thought was PVC cuttings was actually 'sediment' build up in the screen at the connection to faucet hose. Any ideas on how to reduce the intake of this sediment? I already use the standard CAMCO filter I've been using for years, replacing the filter every 3-5 months. Last time I cleaned out the hose was a short month ago (and replaced filter) and water pressure is starting to drop in the sink.

Sounds like your issue is water quality with high mineral content. A water softener like an 'on the go' system would cure this. The rv water filter store also has filter size softener units, although I have no experience with those.
