Island sink faucet

We have a HM310RE 2017 5th wheel. In last few months we seem to be losing water pressure in our kitchen sink faucet. I have changed the water filter, pressure reducer, hoses, I've cleaned out the 'aerator' in the faucet and we still have almost no water flow. The pressure reducer is adjustable and I've increased the pressure to 60 PSI and still very little water flow.

Keep in mind the shower and bath sink water pressure is fine

Any suggestions..

Allegedly, there is another screen where the faucet connects to the water line. Either it of the various flow restriction devices may be the issue. Here is a link to one of many previous discussions about low water flow in the kitchen

Read your response and everyone elses too and ALL of the responses we've done too (except disconnecting the faucet hose from the incoming water line). Not ready to go there yet. We have a good Mobil RV Repairman who I may call.

BTW I see you're in Carmichael Ca. We're going to be in Loomis RV park July 7th for a few days. We've been doing FT since last November and but I'll be retiring June 29th so this will be our first 'Road Trip' for about 4-5 months. We're in San Dimas (East Shore RV Park) now. If you're around while we're there let us know.

donc1212 That flow resistor is in the head of the faucet not down in the water lines if you take the head of the faucet apart you will see a little valve with a really tiny hole in that is the problem with those faucet. It's a kalifornia thing!

I don't know yet where we will be. We are going to the rally in Utah and haven't decided what, if anything, to do afterward. I will make a reminder to contact you if we are in town.

The only problem with the California thing is, these rigs are made in Indiana, and they put these same parts on all of them, regardless of where they are being delivered to. Having the low flow devices does help when you are boondocking, where you want to use as little water as possible.

Well with a little help from Bro-inlaw we solved the problem. First we drill out the flow restricter....result....no change. Next we took off the hose that runs to the faucet head and found sediment in the bottom connector. Once we cleaned that out we had water pressure again. Now my theory is these units are thrown together so quickly at the factory that I'm sure no one would ever think to clean water lines and when you think about the fact that so much PVC piping is used and when you make cuts there is always debris IN the pipes and as you use water the it works its way to an outlet....hence blocked water lines.

Ah yes....FULL TIME RVing is a learning process.

Thank you all for comments. I hope this helps someone along the line.
