Cargo slide installation
3120 RL wanting to install a 36x90 moryide cargo slide. Should be as simple as screwing to the basement floor however it looks like a tank underneath. Any one installed one and your input on screw lengths?

I was told the floor was 5/8" thick, I think you can use 5/8" or 3/4" I wouldn't think they would mount the tanks up against the floor with no clearance.

Length of screws?
What length screws did you us looks to be 1 inch. My tray shows up today. TE=w5352;1143592]Yep, I added a 36x90 tray that slides from both direction in my 3791RD. Had to add a 1/4" spacer so the trey would clear the bottom door opening. Also be sure you have enough width clearance, I had to modify my wall next to my convenience center. My sons 3790RD had plenty of room. Please view the attached pics.

Jeff,
Did your Moryde sliding cargo tray work out as well as expected ? Did you research other brands or just go with Morryde based on reputation/experience ? How is it holding up in terms of rust, wear, bearings, etc ?
Do you notice any problems with the tray not laying tight up against the front wall of the cargo bay ? I expect there to be a few inch gap there, for stuff to fall into.
Thoughts ?
All information/advice appreciated.

The tanks aren't right up agenst the basement floor. you may have to add spacers to clear the door opening. The floor is 5\8" so probable 3\4 to 1" depending on shims.

I searched the usual places, and lo and behold, my local Montana dealer was able to quote me within a few bucks of the Amazon price, and I was glad to have him pick up the margin that would have gone to Amazon (like they need it !). The other bonus, the dealer is storing it until I can get to installing it ! Try that with Amazon. Best of luck.
PS - I researched a lot of sites for the main brands, and Moryde got the highest marks.

We have had the tray in both our Montana's. I do not remember were we purchased them probably amazon. They were easy to install because I was able to do it. They are a IMO a must have addition as we are high end users and they make life easier.
