Dead AGM batteries

Left trailer in Yuma out in sun using 2 solar panels to keep my 6 volt, 210 amp each, AGM batteries charged. Batteries are two years old. Had a rv port built and they moved my trailer under out of the sun. Plugged into 50 amp shorepower with battery switch on. 2 months later I'm here and batteries are flat dead. I cannot get into trailer as a support pole blocks the way, i did look thru ladder to fuse block and it appears no breaker has popped. Tried 15 amp charge with new smart battery charger and cannot get a charge started, the battery charger senses a bad battery. Im running a 6 amp maintainer hoping to get batteries to start taking charge.
1. Short of a set of new batteries how can i get jacks to move to allow moving the trailer?
2. Other than maybe two weeks at quartzite this trailer is staying under cover and connected to shorepower. Is one large 12 volt enough?
3. Any thought on the problem?

We only use one 12v AGM. If normally connected to shore power and being properly charged, it should be fine. The inverter usually has fuses on it that could be blown if you are not getting a charge. Since solar is involved who knows what condition is preventing shore powered charging from working.

If your truck has 2 batteries (mine does), while the truck is running, remove one battery and put it in the RV. MAKE SURE YOU WRAP THE POSITIVE CABLE TO PREVENT SHORTING IT TO THE TRUCK.. Retract your landing gear and adjust the RV position as needed. Put your gear down, detach and level your rig. Put your slides out etc. Put the battery back in the truck.
Now remove the RV batteries and take them to an auto parts store for testing.
Next, figure out why the converter was not charging the batteries. Check the disconnect switch.

If you watch at RV dealers, they use battery packs to move trailers all of the time. I am replacing my old battery jump box with a lithium model, but either should work. Or, as Daryles said, take another battery and use it. Good luck.

Your battery is probably toast. Have them checked but take your pocket book with you.

Dropped batteries off at battery wholesaler the zombie charger is bringing them back from the dead. Dealer said AGM has a second life and after 8 hours were at 3.7 volts. Fingers crossed.

Batteries never charged beyond 3.9 volts. Bought new battery to get unit moved.
Hooked up trailer moved auto level, everything worked fine. Hooked to shore power and nothing. My progressive transfer switch is not showing any lights I assume its dead. Disconnected shorepower and statrted on board gen, never heard the transfer switch move. Incommand will not wake up, used manual over ride to open electric bedroom slide, cannot open rear hydro slides with override. Any thoughts on problem!

I don't have "In Command", can't help you with that.
The hydraulic system works on batteries (shore power disconnected).
Does the hydraulic system work while connected to shore power?
Could be the infamous red 50A self resetting circuit breaker behind the battery on the wall.
There is a TSB out by Lippert to put the hydraulic system on its own 80A circuit breaker. There is a file on this in the files section of this forum.
As for the transfer switch, the Progressive Dynamics ATS has been failing a LOT lately. I believe their is also a TSB out on them.
Some people have bypassed them until they can get them changed under warranty.

Was able to level trailer and run out bedroom slide. Ive replaced old fuse to 80 amps years ago. I dont see any power on either side of transfer switch. Im wondering if I have an issue with the power cord or connection at the hose reel.

I’m sure you checked pedestal and BBB made sure there is power there. Next move up the line. Good luck.

Why would you have the trailer positioned so you can't open the door?

Rv tech came out and the transfer switch was shot, they are replacing free under warranty. Tech bypassed switch until new one arrives. Now the incommand screen is white and wont boot up, they are replacing under warranty. Trailer is 2 years old. Thanks to incommand and progressive dynamics for stepping up to the plate. Got to love that Montana for keeping me busy at campgrounds!
