Central Michigan camper show
Just got home from the Central Michigan camper and RV show in Mount Pleasant. Camping World of Northern Michigan's annual show. We were very surprised and pleased to see eight Montana models on display. More than double that of last year. I really like the 3440RL, which is very near our 3402RL. DW likes the 3711FL. Seeing as though we couldn't settle on one or the other, we're sticking with ours.
Some things we noted that we don't like; All linoleum on the main level. For me it makes the living space seem cold, I like carpet in the living area. We still like the natural look wood best. While the DW said she could live with it, I thought not. One thing we noticed right away-the dining tables don't match the chairs.
Some things we really liked; The crown moulding with LED back lighting was really nice. The additional texture added to the ceiling is a nice addition also. If buying new, the residential refrigerator is definitely something to be considered. The DW really liked the French door models.
Best parts of the show; Admission was free and salespeople, while many were there, pretty much left you alone unless you asked for them.
